 We are looking for a full-time production employee for large format and small format printing/scanning, laminating and mounting.  We are a family owned/operated small business, and have been in business since 1969; we are well-established in San Diego.  We have a solid team, and everyone works together to get jobs out the door. Our shop is fast-paced, and we need someone with a good attitude who is detail-oriented, quick on their feet, a team player, and good with follow-through on assigned tasks.  Someone with print shop experience is preferred (reprographics experience is a huge plus).

Location: Kearny Mesa (92123)
Position: Full-time (40 hours/week) with Benefits
Hourly Wage: $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, BOE
Pay Schedule: twice/month via ACH (7th and 22nd)
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Shift Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm at time of hire (Shift hours can fall between 6:00am and 5:30pm)

DUTIES: LARGE FORMAT & SMALL FORMAT PRINTING 

• Print from digital file or copy/scan from paper original  
• Reports and document (small format), printing from digital and paper; scanning too 
• Additional departments include photo inkjet printing, mounting, and laminating 
• Review order specs/details to ensure accuracy; manage client due times 
• Tally work orders (sheet count, and square footage, etc), using our codes  
• Printers and Software Used: HP8200, KIP9000, Plotworks, Smartstream, Adobe Reader/Editor, internet, email, etc. 
• General computer and internet (file downloading/etc) proficiency required 
• Fulfill jobs on your own, and help others when larger jobs arrive 
• Be a team player, and work well with others (we are a small shop)
